Policies

Check Out Policies:
 
1) Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance of equipment pickup through the checkout website.

2) Students are expected to check ALL gear before signing for it, with a checkout attendant present. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes during this process.

3) If you will be returning the equipment late, please email luddychk@iu.edu: Failure to communicate tardiness will result in suspension of checkout privileges/reporting the equipment as stolen.

4) If you need to get in contact with the Equipment Checkout staff for questions or anything: During business hours call our #on the door. All other times please ONLY email luddychk@iu.edu.

Media is reserved as a separate checkout item and is subject to the same policies as all other gear
